CANYON Properties is a full service property management/brokerage firm. CANYON Property Management provides property management services and our affiliated company, Westland Apartment Brokers, provides brokerage services for multi-family (12 - 200 units) properties.

Our management team consists of highly trained professionals with the diverse knowledge and experience required to meet the needs of the ever-changing real estate market. CANYON Property Management has over 35 years of combined management experience. The management portfolio consists of multi-family residential properties, mobile home parks and a home owner association.

CANYON Property Management has developed a management system designed to improve efficiency and increase positive results. We focus on reducing property operating expenses by carefully monitoring and controlling spending. In addition, we identify and implement opportunities to increase income and maximize cash flow. We specialize in the revitalization of critical investment properties. Although this tends to be the most risky venture, it is often the most rewarding for owners and the management team.

We know that interaction, communication and feedback are critical. Consequently, the management system provides owners with direct communication and access to the management team. As a result our management portfolio consists of long term clients, some have been with us for over a decade.
